Patty made everything easy for our family during a difficult time. She was there for us and guided us to make good sound decisions. The house was sold within the 1st weekend on the market. Most of this was handled long distance through phone conversations and emails. Her service was personnel, professional and the best!

I aksed her if she worked with a short sale situations, and she told me that she helps her clients with whatever their needs are. She immediately told me she would help me and already knew that time was critical in my situation. She acted immediately with my bank. I have accepted a wonderful offer. Patty did a wonderful job for us in selling our home in Albany! She is extremely knowledgeable about Albany and the real estate market as a whole and was completely on top of the process from start to finish.
