As a first time home buyer I was really nervous about finding the right home and working my way through all the processes of buying a home, but Evan made everything very simple for me. Finding the right agent was such an important aspect for first time home buyers like our selves. We had many questions and needed additional time to understand the process. Luck for us we had Evan. This review has been long overdue. Evan helped my fiance and I purchase our first home back in January. We met Evan at an open house 6 months prior. We kept his card on the fridge and when we stumbled upon a house that was too good not to jump on, we gave him a call. When he answered, he apologized for the background noise since he was at a restaurant (talk about responsive!) I wasn't sure if he remembered us but surprisingly, he did! He immediately gathered all the info about the house and said he would look into it and get back to me in a little bit. Since he was at dinner, I wasn't expecting to hear back until tomorrow but not even 30 minutes later, he texted me back with all the details. Right from the beginning, Evan made what was already a stressful process, easy and fun. He was always ready to answer any questions we had. We never had to worry whether or not we could reach him. If we couldn't get a hold of him, he would always return our call or text in a timely manner. He even picked up once as he was walking into a theater to catch a movie. I highly recommend Evan Zapf when it comes to getting your home on the market. He surpasses so many agents with regard to customer service and attention to detail. He brought in multiple offers within the first weekend of showings and we then leveraged with counter offers and brought in a much higher offer than we were expecting! He's the best!

We really weren't sure about how to sell our home but Evan had so many answers. Though we didn't think staging it would be worth the money, Evan convinced us that it would be. He also told us where spending money would offer an ROI including paint, new carpet, and repairs while leaving our dated kitchen alone. He is efficient, professional and a blast to work with!!
