Evelyn was extremely helpful in staging the sale, with many great suggestions. She created a brochure with excellent photography which captured a lot of the landscaping and also the uninterrupted views of the mountains from our property. While all this was going on, Evelyn was able to find us another house in Aldea which met our specifications. We put her to the test in driving us through various neighborhoods in Santa Fe and outside Santa Fe in the south, eastern and southern parts of the County, and setting up visiting times. We were finally able to narrow our search to Aldea, but really felt that we were given a more than adequate feel for all the houses that met our criteria and budget in the Santa Fe area. We have worked with Evelyn on four different occasions. In 2007 we came to Santa Fe to visit our daughter. She and her husband purchased a home using her services. Several months later, we decided to purchase a second home in the area. Evelyn researched the area using our "Must Haves" and showed us several condominiums. We decided to make an offer on a very nice condominium. She seamlessly moved us through a difficult buying process as the seller was out of country and in poor health. On the next occasion we utilized her services was to purchase a larger home.
