Felicha Matison

Above all else, Felicha was patient, understanding, and dedicated throughout our house hunt. We had specific requests, as well very particular likes and dislikes, and Felicha took note of all of them and sent us listings suited to what we were looking for. She was readily available when we had questions, or if we found a house we wanted to go and see. In today’s market, homes go so quickly, and it was a great feeling to know that she was ready to show us houses as soon as they were listed! Despite how competitive the house buying process is, Felicha’s knowledge of the market and real estate industry is the reason we found our home! Felicha had no hesitation when we saw a house we liked but the listing was removed. She contacted the real estate agent to get more information, and we were able to view the home before it was relisted. Throughout the whole process we always felt she was supportive and encouraging. She was incredibly helpful when it came to understanding the house buying process. We can’t imagine having anyone else as our real estate agent! We are so grateful to Felicha, and look forward to many happy years ahead in our beautiful home.
