Foster was the first person I met when embarking on my house search in South Carolina. I did much research on my own, and asked a lot of questions of him during online correspondence, and he continued to offer assistance during my first (and many) visits to look for homes in multiple areas in the Tri-County area eventually helping me find and close on my Goose Creek home. Never losing touch, it was obvious I would reach out to him again when it was time to sell. He helped me list and sell my home in just two days and handled the procedures through closing once I had moved. It's been a gift to have him be an arrival and departure partner during my brief stay in the Lowcountry.
