Frank represented us as homebuyers in Davis, CA. We are not from the immediate area, so we initially relied on Frank to get us oriented as to the different neighborhoods and pricing, as well as the overall market conditions. It was a great experience, as he took all the time we needed to get all of our questions answered. He listened carefully to what we said we were looking for, and then did a wonderful job of alerting us to the best properties that fit our criteria without sending us a bunch of properties we wouldn't be interested in. Once our bid was accepted (over 8 other bidders), he steered us through the escrow process and handled all of our questions.Frank was also wonderful in helping us out locally while we were still remote, such as going by the property to take photos of items we wanted to see more of, picking up and dropping off keys, meeting local inspectors at the property, etc. Finally, with the sale complete, he continues to help us out with recommendations for local vendors for things like as irrigation maintenance.Overall it was a really good experience working with Frank and we'd be pleased to work with him again in the future.
