I can't imagine finding a better real estate agent than Francisco. He did a fantastic job in setting up house searches so I could find a home in the an area I liked. He was regularly in contact about setting up viewings, and made himself available on short notice numerous times. He was knowledgeable, patient, and I never felt rushed or pressured. Now I'm in the perfect home for me, in an area I love. This is your guy.

Francisco was the first one contacted me when I submitted interests for a house online. Then it turns out I was really lucky that I have him as my realtor when I was searching for my first house. I definitely don't know anything about houses and I don't even know what I really want at the beginning. He was so patient and always be there to help 24/7. Even when I could not some of the major steps in person, he will be always there and thinking from my perspective and really knowledgeable about purchasing houses from the beginning to the end. Francisco got all of ours needs to buy a new house and was very flexible in showings (I work a lot so this was very important) he was outstanding in viewings and really was honest and sincere in his house hunting ventures.

irstly, I'd like to say that working with Francisco was such a carefree, joyous and thorough experience for my husband and i. this was our first home- buying experience and he made it so easy and enjoyable. he was very knowledgeable and patient during the process and he always made sure we were comfortable and most importantly, happy. obviously most real estate agents are supposed to make sure their clients were happy but he also made a point to check in on us during storms, wish us a good weekend etc. I felt like we were more than just a paycheck to him. The one thing I also appreciated greatly was his promptness in answering his texts, calls and emails. I hate waiting around forever when I need to speak to someone and he was almost always available. If, for some reason he wasn't able to talk immediately he would make sure you knew he received your message and would answer asap. He gratefully didn't ever make me feel like I was bothering him with my thousand questions, and trust me I would contact him all the time from early mornings at 6am to 11pm and he was awake and working! Needless to say we found our perfect home thanks to his spectacular help. I highly recommend Francisco for any real estate help you need.

Francisco was awesome! He sold our house within 10 days of listing it! He was an excellent communicator - we heard from him practically every 2 days or so, so we were never left in the dark about what was going on with the sale of our home. He put things in terms that were understandable to us. He was an excellent negotiator and brought to our attention several valuable points that we would never have thought of ourselves. We are just so impressed by him that I would never consider using or recommending another agent.

Francisco was patient and thorough. We looked at a lot of houses and went back-and-forth between ourselves about what was most important in a new home, but he was never impatient. He was almost always available to look at homes, even last minute and on the weekends. Finally we found a home we could both agree on and he worked up a contract very quickly with everything we wanted in it. He even helped us with a few problems we had months after closing! Our crown molding started to fall and he made sure the seller came by and fixed it.

Francisco was very helpful to us in our search for a first home. We appreciated him for being so laid back and yet prompt and knowledgeable in communication! When it came time for the offer to be put in on the house that we really wanted Francisco put together a savvy offer and sent it in promptly despite the fact that he was in another country on vacation. He definitely came to bat for us and do the territory well, we ended up getting the house despite the fact that there were many other concurrent offers. Lastly, Francisco also got us nice gifts that made us feel like our new place was very homey as soon as we got there. I have worked with Francisco on both sides of the buying/selling process. He was always courteous, professional, and took the time to always go that one step above and beyond to make the experience positive and less stressful. He answered any and all questions I had along the way, and there were tons, in terms that I could understand and helped me to feel confident in all decisions that were made. When we were buying a house he managed to get us in first, only a few hours after it posted, at like 8 in the morning. We were able to put our offer in first and now live in our choice neighborhood. Other offers were put in only hours after ours by people who hadn't even seen the house yet but Francisco's willingness to get up early and get us in first then put in the offer from his car got us the house! When we decided to sell a property we had used as a rental he found us the best contractors for our budget and walked us through all the steps from what color hard ware should be on the kitchen cabinets to having our photographer use a drone to take pictures of the property! I believe his attention to detail is one of the main reasons the property was under contract , for more then we expected, in less then a week! I highly recommend Mr. Peot.
