- Frank never responded to my request
Frank was the selling agent on a home I was very interested in. The home was posted on Thursday afternoon. We scheduled a tour for Friday morning within hours of it being posted. Frank never notified us prior to the tour that there was a pending offer. As soon as I got home from the tour, the house was switched to pending status. We planned to put an offer in but were never even given the courtesy of a phone call to either not waste our time touring or to see if we were putting in an offer after the tour. Pretty poor business practice / general courtesy and likely lost out on a higher offer due to it. Would NOT recommend
