  • Frank listed and sold my home

I purchased a house in December of 2011 from Frank Garr and his wife bought which they purchased as a HUD. They flipped this house. The quality of the work they performed was extremely poor and not to code. I had to fix electrical work that was a fire hazard. this is only one example of the poor work they performed on this home. He did not pull any permits on any of the work that he did and did the work himself not using any professionals to perform the work required causing life threatening danger to myself and family. Frank Garr also broke the law by making more profit on the home than is legally permitted on a HUD flip home by law. Frank Garr and his wife do not play above the board. I would not recommend doing any business with Frank Garr. Beware these people are dishonest and shady. From a family done wrong by Frank Garr and his wife.
