Indeed Happy & Pam helped us secure our home at 148 Steeplechase in Sanford. We looked from south of Red Bug in Tuskawilla to SR 46. We looked at property to possibly build on and homes. They spent a lot of time with my wife and I. After securing our home he helped us secure a contractor to modify our home to better suit our desires. He keeps in contact with us from time to time.
