If you have a large, unique, difficult to sell property, Gabriel is your guy! After 2 years with another agent, I switched to Sotheby’s and found Gabriel Ciuca. What a blessing! I’ve never worked with a real estate agent who was so motivated and persistent to get my property sold at my desired price. The property I was selling was a 6600 square foot house on 42 acres of land that had been used as a bed and breakfast. There were no similar properties in the area and therefore no comps. First, he gave me many tips on how to make cosmetic changes to make the property more appealing to a wider audience. It all made sense and wasn’t expensive. What really impressed me was how creative he was at coming up with solutions for me and potential buyers who thought they might not be able to purchase the property. Gabriel goes over and beyond. He insisted on accompanying every client and their broker at their first showing to make sure they understood all of the complex and not so apparent advantages of the property. He also accompanied every property assessor since there were no comps. He wanted to make sure the assessor saw everything. When I had to travel, he would meet service providers at the house so that the property could continue to be maintained and have its best showing. And I just have to mention, that the demands from some of the buyers who made offers almost pushed me over the edge and every time Gabriel talked me off the ledge by keeping my focus on the ultimate goal. You can’t teach anyone how to do that! I already recommended him to a friend of mine who is now trying to sell her challenging property.
