I grew up in the Cleveland, Ohio area, raised by a single mother, and hopped between seven different schools before deciding it was time for a change. In November of 1999, I packed up and moved to Arizona, enrolling at Scottsdale Community College and later Arizona State University. Around 2003, I bought my first HP laptop, fully convinced I was on the fast track to becoming an eBay millionaire 🤣, and relearned the typing skills I’d picked up in fifth grade. That experience was the spark that ignited a lifelong passion for technology. In 2007, I stumbled into real estate as someone’s assistant, but quickly realized how much I enjoyed the business—especially the ways technology could improve it.
