I got Gary's name through the national database of buyer agents and I can honestly say that I believe I hit the jackpot! I was a first-time home buyer in the Boston area in the midst of a hot market. The home inspector was a stand up guy who not only walked me through the inspection, but taught me how to use everything in my basement. The team of MSA Mortgage, Attorney Ali Brava, and Gary's leadership got us to close on time even with some minor snags.I honestly couldn't recommend him enough. Absolutely brilliant experience.

He persisted and guided us through the last minute of the loan processing. Since 2008, banks have become very strict and process has become very cumbersome, so we were incredibly impressed and grateful for his work.Ali Alavi is highly professional and extremely organized. He can get more words out of his mouth per minute than any New Yorker. He can tell a joke, sign papers, keep them organized, and was able to explain the whole process to our novice son who was at the table at the same time. We have bought and sold at least 20 properties over last 35 years, but have never met a professional attorney like Ali Alavi.The whole team of Mr. Dwyer, Mr. Miller, and Mr. Alavi is an A+ team and we recommend each individual and the entire team to anybody who is interested in a real estate transaction in Boston area.Our rating for all three individuals is 5/5.

In one visit we saw 7 condos, placed an offer on one that day, and were at closing 3 weeks later. Gary managed the WHOLE process from start to finish, plenty of follow up and great communication.
