Arrogant. Rude. Never followed through. Never let us know how a showing went of our home... always had to call him. Never returned a call, just had his son call back. As a matter of fact, he still owes us money (based on the contract we had in place with him), as we had to cover our own info sheets and make sure they were stocked. I wouldn't sell or buy a dog house brokered through him. Real piece of work. Yeah, still waiting for that call back Gary.
