Gavin Monjaras

Gavin grew up in Cheyenne, Wyoming and attended New Mexico State University where he studied Finance and played baseball. His baseball skills lead him to play professionally for the four years following college. Gavin became licensed in real estate in 2012. A job in Oil and Gas brought him down to Denver, Colorado. After some time in that industry Gavin began to miss being able to help clients buy or sell real estate. Gavin joined the iHOMES COLORADO team in the summer of 2015 and has never looked back. Gavin truly enjoys the iHOMES COLORADO team atmosphere because it wholeheartedly allows for him to put his clients first. He believes that the iHOMES COLORADO vision and culture will change the real estate industry and have a positive impact on the community in the Denver area for years to come. Gavin enjoys attending Broncos' games in Denver, spending time with his cat Leonard, and golfing.
