We sold our current house and bought our new house with Gene's help. He was extremely knowledgable as to the max value of the price to sell our house for. He was also onto of the proper marketing to use. We put it on the market and in the first three days we had 6 contracts with 5 of them for more than the asking price. He was also the only realtor in several hose sales that let us know e could for our taxes to our new house which is going to save up a lot on our tax bill. I would recommend his services to anyone!!
