From the moment I met Genevieve, I knew I wanted her to be our realtor. She was down to earth and genuine. She expressed to me that I was only working with her, and my sale/purchase would not get passed along to someone else. She was always responsive to emails and texts. From a selling side, she had potential buyers interested before we were even listed!! Gen always had our best interest at heart. This was even more apparent on buying side. Our purchase was not without some hiccups, but Gen was there every step of the way. Gen came highly recommended and she was outstanding! I had not sold a house in a number of years and had to sell my mom's house as executor of her estate. Gen took care of every detail and followed up on every item. She honestly made me feel like I was her only customer. She knew the market inside and out and priced my mom's home perfectly. She guided us through the negotiations and skillfully balanced the different offers we had. When we needed help with aspects of the sales process (finding a lawyer, cleaning out the house) Gen had excellent recommendations that really paid off.What I think I will remember most was what a great attitude Gen had and how she made the entire process (which I dreaded) very easy for me. Genevieve is an excellent, honest, responsive realtor. She is always present and ready to answer any of our multiple questions. She promised we would sell our home within a week and we DID!!!!
