We are "frequent flyers" with Geoff, and there's a reason we keep coming back: he's been just awesome for us! He knows what we want, and has helped us find homes to fit the bill. When we decided we were going to sell our home, we lined up several agents to interview to represent us. Geoff immediately stood out among the pack. I did have a couple concerns which he addressed and we ended up giving him the listing. He kept us in the loop throughout the process and most importantly, did what he said he would do...maximize our sale price. Our bottom line was $470k.
