He is quick to respond and has an extensive knowledge in the local market. If you are looking for a professional real estate agent who is knowledgeable, honest and cares about his clients then George Sand is the best choice!

I've dealt with 10 realtors in my life, and by far George Sand is the best realtor I've ever worked with. He is attentive, giving details on every step of the process. He is pleasant, energetic, and most of all he is very ethical. We met with 3 other realtors, and decided on George. All the other Realtors had our house valued at $10,000 less than George. Not only did George get the higher sale price, he had an offer to us within days after we listed it. He also was looking out for our best interests and negotiated a great package. I love this guy! His energy and consistent updates made us feel like we were special. I've never worked with a better realtor than George. Trustworthy, hardworking, invested, and gave us great advice.

Great support on all aspects of selling home. I was out of state & George was available above and beyond normal agent duties including managing repairs, taking care of cable & internet, and managing inspection and assessment process.

We knew George for several years, we decided to have him come out and look at our home before putting it on the market. After discussing a fair price point, we signed the contract. With in 2-3 weeks are home was under contract and the closed about 5 weeks later. The listing price George advised was right on with the market. George was always on top of the selling process. Always answering and returning phone call right away or with in a good time period. George helped us find a rental home because our home sold so fast. We will be using him again when we purchase another home.

George is the BEST REALTOR EVER. In 2007 he came with my children to the hospital I was in to discuss the sale of my second story condo and the purchase of another on the ground floor. He answered every question. I signed the listing agreement and then he really went to work. He showed me every unit that came on the market. It took a couple of months so by the time I bought a place my children were back in Michigan but George was there. I hired movers but George was the one who was telling them what to do and when to do it. I don't know what I would have done without him. In the days to come he helped me hire all the repair people, plumbers, tilers, electricians, you name it. I have recommended him to several friends and they all have had good things to say about him. This summer he sold that condo for me. I told him I was unable to do the things that needed to be done so I wanted him to take care of any repairs that were required and have the place cleaned after I left for Michigan. He said he would do that. And again, he was there on moving day helping. He kept me inform by phone and email of the progress being made with the sale. I've been blessed with many things in my life and George is one of them.

George worked with me in the purchase of a lot.I am a pretty particular person and George was VERY patient with me and always remained VERY professional! We had a few hiccups along the way with sellers and George always worked diligently on my behalf!We finally came to an agreement on a lot and George worked hard to get the price down to what we both thought was a equitable price.George was always working for my best interests and his knowledge of the realty market in SWFL is VERY impressive!! George is fantastic. He knew we were working within a compressed timetable and needed to maximize our home search efficiency. George was able to provide us with the best examples of houses we wanted vs houses we needed in order to find the perfect solution to our circumstance. George has helped us a couple of times when buying and/or selling. He is always available to respond to questions by phone and to show us homes when we find some we would like to see. George Sand was great in his support of selling our condo. We started with a different real estate agent that never called, cancelled scheduled open houses at the last minute, and took over a month to post a For Sale sign. Georges approach was completely opposite from day one. He firmly stated that he would be the sales person and we would not have to worry about it. His communication skills were fantastic. He continued throughout the sale effort to keep us informed of possible buyers and of their condo comments. His positive attitude helped to keep us from getting depressed and on the right path. Our problems with the condo property management and county government were resolved by Georges proactive approach to the problems with each. When we had a roof leak right before the buyers inspection, he was extremely helpful in keeping the prospective buyers agent aware of the stages of corrective action. This helped save the sell and was greatly appreciated.

George was the most knowledgeable realtor that we have ever experienced. He was easy to work with and was proactive, taking care of concerns quickly. George is extremely knowledgeable about Cape Coral and SWFL. It's clear that he has worked very hard to build strong relationships with other folks and companies who are also a part of the homebuying process (brokers, lending agents, closing agents) and his repair/maintenance/improvement referrals have also been stellar. He helped to navigate a tricky same-day, out-of-state close with no hiccups. Even after my family was moved into our home, he has followed up to make sure that we remain satisfied.

I have had a few interactions with George Sands over the Last 5 years, in the first home I rented he was the property manager. Any time I needed anything, like when our AC went out, I was able to call him on a weekend evening and he was very prompt to respond and help us out immediately. We then had him as our real estate agent when we bought our first home. He made time for us right away, showed us a variety of homes that were in our price range, did not try to push or up sell us into something more expensive and made the entire transaction a breeze. when when we had to change the closing date due to family emergency, he helped greatly in facilitating this taking a huge amount of stress away. The deal was closed in a timely fashion with very few hiccups. He was available for me to call whenever I had a question or was unsure of anything during this time. 4 years later we again enlisted him as our agent to sell the same home. We moved out of state, and the entire time George made sure to keep me informed about every part of the transaction, had multiple open houses and we were under contract in less than a week on the market. Even when a few issues with the buyer arouse, he was able to keep things on track, and kept all of my best interests in the forefront. He made the entire experience as stress free as possible. He has an incredible amount of experience and isn't afraid to go to bat for his clients. I would recommend him over and over again. as he consistently goes above and beyond for his clients. George listed my home and it sold within just a couple of months. Everything worked out perfectly and better than we hoped! The pictures taken of my home made it a big selling point and getting buyers in for a showing was a breeze. Definitely recommend!
