I have bought and sold over 10 homes over the last few years and worked with many great realtors, but George stands out as one of the best I have ever worked with. When I first called George he was very responsive and totally understands the concept of being a servant leader to his clients. We were in a very competitive market and because of his skill and quick responses we were able to negotiate the purchase of a home for my parents beating out 3 other parties in a competitive bid situation. Even with that he used some skills to keep us from paying to much. Turns out the house is actually worth way more than we paid for it in a competitive market. I have never worked with someone who does such a great job of communicating and keeping us constantly informed through the whole process. You will not find a better realtor than George. There are many good realtors out there, but few that are as exceptional as George.

He gave me invaluable advice about the home buying process and then let me decide if I wanted to proceed with him.While looking for homes he was detailed in his scrutiny of each detail that matters and isnt something a new buyer would know to look at. Being a first time home seller, he was very patient with us, and walked us through each and every step. He was always prompt to return phone calls and spent several hours getting answers from lenders with specific information on the sale of our house. My family and I came to George to buy our first home. I didn't know what to expect but George promised to make our home buying experience as easy as possible. He came through on that promise. George is very friendly, easy to talk to, and he will get the job done, and then some!

I knew George Zakhary before I needed a realtor and he was a great guy. The type of person you want to be around. I had lived in my house for over twenty years and it was in need of some repairs. I was very overwhelmed as I was forced to relocate and was living out of town. George came over looked around and said " were going to make a plan and execute it." He was there every step of the way and was a huge help. George has a great network of people if you need their help. His honesty and integrity are something to aspire to. If I could give a 10 I definitely would!! George made the whole process of selling our house and buying a new house a really great experience in 2019 . He was always available (and we have opposite schedules than most) He kept us informed and explained everything as we went along. He patiently listened and calmed us when we panicked. During appraisals and inspections he would show up to help with last minute projects. He even showed up to help us move!! I really can't say enough...i just know I would never want to use anyone else. I feel like he's part of our family.
