Georgi Stratton

She is a talented articulate educated woman who knows her business! Honest as the day is long and creative to find solutions to issues that come up. And in Real Estate there is always something that comes up every time! Her attention to detail is one of the traits that for sure saves deals that other agents simply miss and thus the client suffers! Call Georgi - her team has decades of experience which is priceless!!

Georgie Stratton helped me sell my condo. She was in communication with me constantly and provided great feedback on how I can make my house more marketable. As a result I was able to sell my condo much higher price and was very pleased with her work!

Georgi represented me in the sale of a house in Mesa. She took care of everything. Repairs, cleaning, staging....everything! I got more than I expected in terms of price and service. I couldn't be more satisfied!

I was fortunate to work with Georgi Stratton when we first moved to Gilbert in 2005. As our Realtor, She helped us find the right neighborhood for a great price. Her extensive background in property value and industry trends helped us to buy the perfect starter home in Gilbert. Georgi was with us every step of the way.... she always answered my call no matter what time of day or night it was. Her knowledge, honesty and work ethic are respected and appreciated. I never felt like she was trying to "sell" me a house, but that she was educating me to invest in my family and in our future. Georgi is an expert in her field and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a home.

I always recommend Georgi to anyone I know who needs a real estate agent. She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful in the purchase of our first home. She negotiated on our behalf when some things fell through on the builder's end and got us exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be working with Georgi again when we are ready for a bigger house down the road. Such a positive experience. Love her!! :)
