German is a long time resident of the Washington, DC area and is a licensed agent in Maryland, Washington DC and Virginia. He obtained a B.S. in International Business from The George Washington University, and an M.S. in International Finance from The American University. He retired from the Inter-American Development Bank after more than 30 years of service, where he was in charge of international treasury operations, gaining valuable experience in dealing with many domestic and international financial institutions.
