Gilbert is true to himself, from the first time we call and met him we did not feel intimidated at all! His presence during our first meeting was very organic that we conclusively said that we found a true agent that works for our favor. It was an easy dealing, he did not pressure us for anything but yet he helps us educate our selves even more. We highly recommend Gilbert! He is top-notch and he knows the market in his jurisdiction than anyone else! We maybe not his biggest client but he had given us multi-million dollar service! Gilbert was very helpful in our big step of buying a home. We didn't know much coming in to this but Gilbert really helped us to understand what we were doing every step of the way. He was able to fill our needs and provide us the best possible home!

Gilbert was by far the best realtor we could have asked for, and we went through 3 before getting to him. He was beyond helpful and attentive with every step of our home buying experience. At a moments notice, whether with text messages or phone calls, he never missed a beat. He even went out of his way to explain aspects of the VA loan that we didn't always get straight answers from our loan officer. If not for Gilbert, I can assure you that we would not have gotten through our very first home purchase. He did an excellent marketing my house and going above and beyond to extract the best value for me. My house sold in less then 45 days and Mr Duenas was there every step of the way to make sure each process was completely smoothly !

I don't know why I didn't fire my first two realtors but I'll Stay with this guy.. He is honest, super good at his job, very knowledgeable. And great to deal with.. He helped me get my first home.. and tbh.. hope he is there for the next! I will refer him to my close friends.
