Gilda Eboli-hayden

Gilda's history with customer service goes back to her Wal-Mart roots. She served as a Training Manager, Marketing Manager, Operations Manager, Merchandise Manager and Store Manager for the 11 years she worked with the company. In 2003 she chose to work in Real Estate. Soon after starting with Realty World, Caton and Associates, she was asked to help lead and grow the company and did so up through October 2008. Her tasks included not only managing Realty World but also training every new agent the company brought on board. At one point, Realty World Caton & Associates boasted over 170 sales associates. In late 2007, having researched marketing trends, Gilda realized the direction the real estate market was heading in and became adept in handling Short Sales and Loan Modifications.
