Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $550K in Edenvale Seven Trees, San Jose, CA.Gina and Amit are GREAT!!! They kept me informed the whole time I was selling my home. They answered all my questions AND kept me on my crazy 2 week schedule even though they didnt recommend it. They were VERY honest when we were trying to pick a selling price.At the very end, they helped me with all the little things that needed to be done (painting, staging, etc.). In the final stages of accepting an offer, Gina pushed to get the final and best offer from the buyers. We were able to get more than what we were asking for.I would recommend them to anyone trying to buy or sell a house.
