I cannot sing enough praises to Gina and her team! Gina and Shannon went above and beyond to make the sale and purchase of our new home so smoothly. They were prompt to response. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a response from Gina or Shannon. We hired a moving company on the last day to help us meet our move-out deadline. The moving company failed to show up. Gina immediately got to work and sent help and we were able to move out on time. Gina didn't disappear after closing. She continued to hold our hand, through the process of moving into a new home, reaching out to her contacts for everything we needed after the closing. She worked around the clock to meet our every request, which included getting measurements for furniture in the new home, setting up company to remove items to be donated, texts while on vacation about going through the home over and over to make us extra comfortable. She even invited my two young daughters to the closing where she had a beautiful playroom set up with all the snacks, toys , and movies a child could want. This allowed the closing to run smoothly while we watched our daughters enjoy themselves in the toy room through a window between the toy room and beautiful conference room. She is not only our realtor, but has now become our family friend! I can assure you cannot find friendly and hardworking people like Gina and her team.

Gina was extremely helpful and very efficient! We were very impressed with her knowledge of the area and especially of the different cottages on the market She responded quickly to setting up inspections , surveys and handling questions related to our home. Shannon was so sweet and helpful during the process of buying our home. It was a long process but she made it pain free!
