Glenda Pressley

There is so much I can say about Glenda Pressley, but I'm not sure if this space will allow: When I decided to sell my home after 21-1/2 years, I knew that I wanted Glenda, who had previously sold my sister's home during her divorce. 21-1/2 years should tell you that I'm not one for a lot of change, so there's no one else I trusted to get the job done during this major moment in my life, except Glenda. I contacted her and she was in town the next day, she worked late into the night with me discussing the minor changes that needed to happen in my home and stayed very close to the process of the contractor making those changes and even lifted helping hands in getting the projects done. She went above and beyond, I know. Also, during the next phase of the process, again, Glenda worked late into the night with me on strategy, for the sale. The sign went in the yard, the website was opened for listing appointments, we had back to back appointments all during the day on the first day of showings, and had two offers the same night; all of this happened within a matter of 2 to 3 days and needless to say, my home sold in 1 day. This was all due to Glenda's hard work and passion for what she does. That's not all; Glenda knew the special situation surrounding the need for my move, the need for a larger home (a little more elbow room, I should say). I have two sisters who live with me, one of whom is disabled/bedridden, also my disabled sister's daughter (my 15 year old niece). There were very specifics about what I was looking for in my new home, which I had previously found, but that also the timing had to be just right for both the sale and move-out of my old home and the purchase and move-in of the new home; considering the adjustments I had to make to the new home prior to my sister being transported there. From the very beginning Glenda partnered with the other agent communicating with them directly, often times, working on the minor details behind the scenes so not to have me bothered with all the details, because she knew I had a lot on my plate. She was truly an advocate for us in making sure everything happened seamlessly/went off without a hitch. I'm so blessed to have had Glenda go through this process with my family and I. At this point we actually consider her one of the sisters, now. I'm so grateful for her passion, kindheartedness, and extreme hard work. We couldn't have done this without her. Sincerely, Barbara M.
