Gloria did an outstanding job with the listing, marketing and sale of my property. She was extremely detail oriented and kept me informed of changes and developments on a daily basis. I had no doubt during the entire process that Gloria was looking out for my best interests. It was a pleasure working with a realtor with such a high degree of professionalism
- Gloria listed and sold my home
I chose Gloria because I had a vacant rental property I wanted to sell and I thought it needed something to get the best price. Gloria came with vendors that were efficient and combined with her eye for design made for an excellent showing. Having the contacts that Gloria comes with sets her apart from several agents I know. She staged the property with attractive pieces that made the house show so well that almost immediately after the opening, Multiple offers were made. Gloria and her team did an amazing job and I absolute recommend her services.
I would highly recommend Gloria for purchasing or selling your home. Being a local real estate appraiser for over 30 years, I knew many realtors in the South Bay and could have chosen any number of them to represent us in the sale of our single family investment property in Torrance. My husband and I chose to work with Gloria because she actually makes the process enjoyable, eliminating the stress and making the unbearable, bearable. Gloria took care of all the details, even buying movie tickets for our tenants, so they would be gone during the open house. BTW, she had multiple offers on the first day and we were able to choose a buyer who would rent back to our tenants for an additional 2 months, so that their youngest son could graduate with his class. Gloria handled everything....she was gracious, diligent, hardworking, professional, easy to work with and always went above and beyond. Gloria is the best of the best, and we have since recommended her to many of our friends, all of whom sing her praises.
- S. SwainWe were selling our place in 2011 and buying a new place and did not want to move twice. Things could not have worked out any better. Gloria found a good buyer for our old place and found us our new dream house. Everything happened so quickly and we were so happy that we were able to move right into our new place directly from the old place. I dont think it could have gone any smoother. Gloria made our entire process very easy and hassle free. She was very professional and always honest and straightforward. I felt that she always put our needs first and was always focused on customer satisfaction. The people on her team were also very helpful and very professional and always gave us great service as well. Gloria and her team made the entire process easy and enjoyable
