- Gloria and I connected, but did no business
Buyers beware! Agent Gloria Mello did not disclose County issues with the property in Prundale that we were in escrow on. She was aware of issues per County code inspector for 5 months, and owners as well. We have hard proof that they all knew 1 month prior to escrow from a Notice sent to them by the County. These issues are misdemeanor offenses in the county and are inherited by property owners. These issues are large dollar items. We spent $2k in inspections and two months of our time for no reason due to non disclosure at the legally obligated time in escrow process. Also, because of issues no lender will even lend on this property until issues are fixed. FYI for all.
