Gol Hoghooghi

I came into contact with this agent because I wanted to buy a house the agent was listing. Things were never done in a quick or efficient manner. The agent took days to respond, all the while, other offers flooded in. At one point she told our agent the sellers accepted our above price offer and we were so happy. But the happiness was short lived because again she didn't lock it in and another, higher, offer came in. The agents verbal contract meant nothing. So even though we were the first non-contingent offer above asking price the agent procrastinated for so long that a fourth offer came in above ours and we lost the house she had said we'd won. I will never recommend this agent and I will never purchase a house this agent is listing. The agent was unreliable, difficult to get a hold of and just plain unfair.
