This was enormously helpful whenever we had concerns or needed updates. They also had a more sophisticated and comprehensive marketing plan than other agents proposed, and were able to implement it to our advantage. Also, I think it's very important to be able to connect with whomever is selling your house on a personal level. This is a bit of an unusual review. I'm a San Diego county real estate broker. I have a client who was in escrow on one of Matt Tibbetts listings. He's been an extraordinary professional throughout the transaction. Earlier today, my client' appraisal came in short by a significant amount and unfortunately for both very lovely parties, the transaction had to be cancelled. I try to hold myself to a high standard and it's self-evident Matt does too. It was clear to both of us that the best action was to move on and he handled the matter smoothly and calmly, always ensuring he was acting in the best interest of his client. Not once did he think of the amount of additional work it might mean for he or his team. He just wanted to do the right thing. That's ethical, moral and good business practice. It's too rare. I'm a 26 year veteran of this business, sell a lot of homes, and deeply respect his work. I'd hire him in a New York minute if I had a need in southern Riverside County. First rate all the way.

Let's see, where do I start? First and foremost John Cable is phenomenal! He is beyond professional and knowledgeable of the real estate market and your personal interest. I contacted John on a Thursday, and the following Saturday, we were looking at homes. John was prompt, organized, and professionally dressed. We looked at a total of about 8 homes, and upon arrival to each, John provided detailed documentation along with the tax rate and so forth. Now for the icing on the cake. That same Saturday night, we placed a bid on a home and the seller accepted! From then on all was history! The loan officers were great, each were patient with my many questions, and kept me abreast on the progress of the home almost on a daily basis. We closed escrow is less than 20 days! With that being said, if you are serious about purchasing a home John Cable is the realtor for you! I can't thank John and his assistant Natalie enough! Thank you for making my families dreams come true!

My wife and I purchased our first home through Team Forss. Brian and Lisa Mason were incredibly professional, and went above and beyond what either of us was expecting. They answered our questions almost instantly, at any time of the day, even with the time difference from Hawaii. Team Forss is the best!!! I love how easy it is to communicate with them, including agents and assistants! We sold our first home and bought our second home within a couple months. Our seller agent was Deborah Llambias and buyers agents were Jarred and Jenni Brink. I can't thank them enough for having the patience to deal with my pickiness and being so friendly and communicative the entire time! We had a really hard time with our buyers' lender but Deborah was on his tail the entire process and kept us updated. She would answer every single question I had with all the patience in the world. Jarred and Jenni went above and beyond helping us find the perfect home! Jarred is so easy to talk to and truly had our best interest in mind. We were house shopping with a monthly payment in mind and he didn't try to shove any houses at us above a certain price range that we could qualify for but didn't want the monthly payment. It's not always easy to find people who are honest like that! Even after closing, he followed up and showed genuine interest in seeing how we were doing. If we ever buy a house again, we won't use anyone else besides Jarred and Jenni Brink!

Lisa and Goran Forss Realty earned our trust so much that we actually purchased a home sight unseen through him. Tom is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and has a keen interest in learning peoples needs. My husband and I met with Tom during a 1 week visit to California from Massachusetts. We found Tom through a search on Zillow. We chose Lisa and Goran Forss Realty, and Tom answered the phone. Since we did not know anything about the area, Tom explained the California real estate process, familiarized us with Temecula and Murrieta, showed us several homes, filled us in about the neighborhoods that he thought we would have an interest in, and answered our many, many questions. Although we did not find the perfect home during that week, Tom earned our trust. Once back home in Massachusetts, Tom would go out and video homes that we showed an interest in. Through that process, we were able to purchase a home long distance. We have since moved to our new home in California and just love it. We would highly recommend Tom, and his wife Janet, who also assisted us and was involved in the process, to anyone in the Temecula/Murrieta area who is in the need for a Realtor. They were there from beginning to end. It takes a lot of trust to go through the process we did with someone we just met during 1 week. But we have no regrets and are very happy.
