Grady Brown

I have worked with Grady Sr on buying and selling a home. He is professional, friendly, caring, and listens and listens to wants and needs in a home. I have referred several people to him because he teaches and explains the home buying process in a way that I can understand. Before I met Grady Sr it was soooo very stressful to even think about buying home. Grady showed me that its not a dream, but a reality. I look forward to working with him again in my future home buying adventure.

I was the Seller, when this man brought his client in. He was the worst person to deal with and kept my realtor in the dark. I wouldn't recommend him for any services due to his lack of professionalism. Worst company and super lazy. If you are buying a house with him, steer clear because he will leave seller in the dark. Plus he will pre approve you for a house you can not afford.

My experience with Grady has been an unpleasant one. He will often leave you out in the dark. No responses to text, email, or calls. He also makes promises but never follows through, misses important appointments such as inspections and misses days to take earnest money to escrow. He also doesn’t take initiatives, and often comes up with excuses so he doesn’t have to do his job. He will do the minimum work for you which is to send papers to sign then doesn’t answer when a question is asked.

When helping me find my home Grady went above and beyond my expectations. He literally dropped everything each and every time I was excited about a home. My 1st bid got accepted literally hours after I feel in love with my home. Everything I needed was presented to me on a golden platter. I couldn't have asked for a better agent.
