Greg was really great working for with us finding our dream rural home. He drove many miles in Oregon and Washington state looking for a new place to call home. Our home buying was not the greatest due to not our realtor Greg but with bank issues. He helped us stay calm as he could, To me Greg is great at what he does helping others he went way beyond what he is really supposed to do working with a broker that was not the most effective person hard to get a hold of but Greg was pursuant and did his due diligence with helping us. If we ever need another Realtor i would think of Greg first. I would totally refer him to someone else without hesitation. Thanks Greg for everything that you did for Jim & I with our home purchase. I can not find the words but we think your a pretty awesome guy

As the co-buyer living out of state and in another time zone, Greg always made himself available to me in my time zone - no matter how late! He was most wonderful in assisting my daughter who lives in Vancouver, work through the whole process most efficiently, as she was in a hurry to close on the house, to avoid a double move. Whenever I had a question, he would respond immediately. He made the process, which is often stressful, not stressful at all. He worked with the owners real estate agent extremely well in getting things my daughter asked to be done, done. I have yet to meet Greg in person, but I have no hesitation at all to highly recommend him to home buyers and sellers both.I look forward to meeting Greg on our next visit to Vancouver, and thanking him in person.Le

I would highly recommend choosing Greg Gospe as your realtor. My family & I live in Boise, Idaho and were simply wanting to look at some houses in the Vancouver, WA & Beaverton & Hillboro, OR area to help us make some decisions about potentially moving to the area based on job offers. We weren't even definitely going to buy anything but Greg was happy to spend an entire afternoon with us showing us different options and talking to us about the area and some of the fine points of buying in Washington vs. Oregon. Greg sure knows his stuff! I am so impressed with his negotiations skills and knowledge! There is a pretty fine line when it comes to listing a home. Timing, market analysis, and knowing what to negotiate on are critical skills and Greg Gospe posses them. He totally looked out for my best interests with the sale of my home and he listened to me. He is not a high pressure salesman, yet he knows when to be assertive. He was reassuring and confident. He knows this market well. I highly recommend him!
