Greg blew the other "Top Performers" out of the water! I gave him an extremely small window (34 days) to sell a home in a neighborhood with a ton of listings over spring break. Not only did he hit the mark he sold it for more per square foot than all of the other listings! Lauren, one of his assistants, was extremely detail oriented from scheduling showings, booking inspections, and follow up to make sure that this transaction was extremely smooth. Ive known Greg Martin for several years. Ive always been impressed with his real estate knowledge, patience, and genuine concern for his clients. Greg is a terrific realtor! I got in touch with him while I still lived in CO and talked to him about my planned move to NC. I explained that my husband was dying and he was so helpful in my transition. He took my husband, daughter and me out to look at properties and areas when we were in Charlotte for a visit and once my husband died I flew out and spent a couple of days looking at homes. He negotiated a great deal. After I had settled in my new place he put me in touch with a realtor in Charleston who helped me find a vacation home. When I decided to move from Charlotte to Belmont I called Greg. He sold my Charlotte house in less than a week over asking price and helped me find a great house in Belmont negotiated well in my favor. I cannot say enough good about this man. He is the best!

Hands down the best Realtor company in town!!! Greg was very honest and knew all the Charlotte areas very well which helped us pick an area since we were new here. In the beginning of the process his company has a really cool search engine that helps you look for homes that fit your needs which was very helpful. However in the end we ended up going with a house that was a suggestion from Greg. He was patient, gave great advice, and also really helped us out on our walk through of our new construction. You couldnt pick a better group of people to help you through this process.

Greg & his team made the daunting home selling process so very easy for us which was needed as we were selling our house and expecting our first baby at the same time! Cant recommend enough. Will definitely be using MartinGroup in the future for our next buy.

Greg has been my realtor for years. After the first exeprience with him, I knew that I would want him in my corner any time I had to buy or sell a house. Twenty years later, after several moves and investments, I feel even more strongly about working with him and his team.
