  • Gregory and I connected, but did no business

      Very rude and unprofessional behavior. Gregory tried to sell us a townhouse loaded with a lot of black mold. The property had water damage and as a results mold was everywhere. We requested earnest money deposit back, but Gregory said that he is not going to return it.

    • Gregory listed, but didn't sell, my home

        Griffin signed a contract to sell a home. The lender's appraisal came back less that his asking price, so he signed a contract for the new appraisal amount. The buyer paid for inspections, made repairs to the home, had deliveries scheduled, utilities connected and Griffin refused to close on the house stating he wanted the difference in his asking price and the appraised value. No ethics whatsoever.

      • Gregory and I connected, but did no business

          Displeased with his ethics. Sought to buy a property he had for sale and once my lender did an appraisal and the home came back lower than the listed price he became very upset and said he couldn't that loss. He asked to split the difference and when we agreed he changed his mind and said he wanted another appraisal and wanted us to pay for it. After we refuse he decided he would get another buyer. NO ETHICS!
