We had interviewed 3-4 agents and agencies Greg team stood out as the most prepared. He pitched to us how his team could sell our property. - ZillowKim Taylor did a marvelous job selling my Jersey City condo. She always went the extra mile to secure an offer at full asking price and a quick close. To properly set the stage here, it is important to note that Kim took the listing after it had been on the market for 90 days with little to no activity. During that time there were only 2 showings and an unacceptable offer $30,000 under asking price. Kim took the helm on January 4, 2018 and immediately implemented a top notch marketing plan. Her first recommendation was to HOLD THE PRICE because the apartment was price to market and should sell at that price. During her initial assessment she identified two marketing problems - the apartment was not ready to show (dirty) and the current set of pictures did not capture the uniqueness of the condo. She had a professional cleaning crew spiff it up and hired a professional photographer to shoot the condo in its best light. Honestly, when I saw the before and after pictures, I was blown away. With her customized marketing plan in full swing, there was a frenzy of activity with 10 showings in 7 days, but no offers. Kim analyzed the agents feedback and correctly surmised the problem to be the lack of walls in the loft-style condo which was confusing buyers as to how to use the space. To ease the confusion, Kim recommended, and I agreed, to put up walls and create privacy in the bedrooms. On the very next showing, while the walls were being erected, a prospect turned into a buyer. The condo was sold at FULL ASKING PRICE! It is evident, Kim understands the real estate market, will provides a unique and effective marketing plan and most importantly will get to know you and the things that are important to you, as she did with me. Kim is simply the best, providing 5-Stars +++ services and I highly recommend her for all your real estate needs.
