      Dan Schuenke and Greg Mroz are the Real Estate Dream Team! We were looking to sell our townhome and didn’t know where to start. A trusted friend gave us an ecstatic referral and that’s how we came across From our initial consultation to the day of our sale closing, they were transparent and maintained constant communication every step of the way. They were honest and explained our options in order to get the best vantage point as sellers. Every question we had was answered and every concern addressed. We never felt rushed or pressured at any point and when contractors fell through, Dan and Greg asked if we wanted to step back and reevaluate our timeline and even recommended contractors they’ve worked with (whom we will use again because they’ve done outstanding work). They were willing to work with us whether or not we decided to occupy during the sale/showings but did explain the advantages and disadvantages of each choice. At no point during the process was it ever about them just making a sale. It was always about getting us the maximum value for our home while being considerate of our change in living situation. They were present at every meeting, showing, open house, home inspection, appraisal, and signing. And both were equally active in all of our texts, emails, and phone correspondence. We felt like they went above and beyond: from the tasteful staging of their furniture, to the masterful pictures they took with their own equipment, and even the quality of the property printouts they made for each prospective buyer, they seemed fully dedicated in providing the best service they could for us. We truly feel that Dan and Greg’s input, creativity, presence, and overall effort added significant value to our home and, if it weren’t for them, we wouldn’t have gotten as many offers as we did (which they sat down with us at the end of each day to discuss) and closed at a record sale price for our area with an amount well over both listed and appraised value. We cannot recommend them enough and are looking forward to working with them again as we search for our future home.
