LUPE, well where should I start. 1st she made me and my husband pay her $250.00 so she can show me homes. Lupe me dijo que le pagara 250 para los gastos de llevarme aver las casas que yo escoji y tambien eso incluye con el gasto de gas. Los 250 no se los debien de dar. Porque cuando se venden una casa los agentes receibien su percentage del costo del la casa que es el 3%. Ese 3% incluye sus gastos con sus clientes.
