I enjoy using my years of experience in the real estate industry to help clients buy or sell homes in the Charlotte area. I also assist land owners in maximizing their lands value, by assisting in zoning and entitlements, and development management consultation.
This experience comes from growing up in the real estate industry. Not only do I have a NC Real Estate License but I also have a NC General Contractors License.
I built and sold 50 custom homes while working for the family custom home company, Harry Grimmer and Co, Inc.. The company built more than 500 custom homes in the Charlotte area from 1975 to 2000 (prices ranged from $300K to $900K).
I created 11 distinct subdivisions by developing over 1,000 acres, consisting of 1,500 lots, that I sold to clients that include: Ryland, Ryan, Eastwood, Don Galloway, Essex, Evergreen, Dublin, Timberstone, Cherry, Regent, DR ...
