I have full faith and trust in Haeyoon. She has made this an easy process. I was nervous about if my home would sell but she assured me it was her top priority. My home was sold in 2 months. Even though it was a modest home I felt she treated it like a much pricier home.

Haeyoon Jacobus is without question the best realtor I have ever worked with, and Ive had three others in the past. I am a widow and was very apprehensive about selling my home alone, without my husband. Haeyoon put me at ease from the first telephone conversation. When we met, she was encouraging and yet instructive in telling me what needed to be done first in the home. As the process went on, I did have some issues that needed resolution to sell the house. She fought for our best interests when the buyer/buyers realtor had complaints. Haeyoon was always responsive, very quick to reply to emails, called to keep us up to date. Haeyoon, although I am not a religious man, I do believe that God has revealed a plan to bring good people together for our benefit, as well as others when a new medical building is built on the property you sold for us. She gives good advice for making changes that are physically and financially appropriate to each client. She is always respectful of whatever needs you may have. She also helped us save money by advising us to lower our bidding price saving us thousands of dollars which also lowered her own commission. Haeyoon is extremely knowledgeable of what to look for and what to watch out for when buying a home. I was really happy to have her as my agent when I needed someone to stand up for me and look out for my interests. After I closed on the house she let workers in to do things that needed to be done because I had to go back to work in Maine.
