Halle' is an amazing realtor. She helped my husband and I through the process of finding and purchasing our first home and did an excellent job from start to finish. Very attentive, trustworthy, and reliable. Would recommend her to any family member or friend.

Halle' was my realtor for my first home purchase and she was extremely likeable. Her knowledge and responsiveness was top notch. If my spouse and I had any questions or concerns she was quick to back to us. I have worked with a number of realtors in the past and Halle' was much more helpful than others. I have already referred a couple of friends to her and hopefully they will get the opportunity to work with her.

Being first time home buyers, the process of finding, purchasing and moving into our first home seemed daunting. After being refereed to Halle', my husband and I immediately felt at ease. She was attentive, direct, knowledgable, patient and honest. She took her time really listening to us and found us a variety of homes that met our needs, spending hours going through each one helping us decide which would be the best fit for us. She was so knowledgeable of the area and really helped us make the best choice for our family. She was aggressive but fair when it came time for negotiating and we felt so well represented. She far exceeded our expectations and made home buying a breeze. We cannot say enough great things about our experiences with her and the home buying process in general.

Halle did a great job for us. She very quickly understood what we wanted and what we didn't want, then introduced us to several properties that fitted well. During the closing process she did a lot of work and at the same time kept us fully informed. Her professional and candid approach was really appreciated throughout the sale.

Halle is awesome. She first helped me find a place to live when I was moving from out of town. She helped make things easy and streamlined for me only properties that fit my criteria. I was so happy with her help and support , I then asked her to help me rent out another property that I own. She did all the work for me with that and had a renter secured for me right on time!! Halle was excellent. I was a first time homebuyer and she was able to walk me through the process one step at a time making one of the most important decisions of my life as stress free as possible. I don't think it ever took her more than a few hours to respond to my questions or concerns, day or night, or even on a weekend. When showing condos she went to work along with me, scrutinizing areas of concern and bringing them to my attention, and was not afraid to be completely honest about any flaws that were present in any of them. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy a condo.

I just closed on my first home with Halle as my realtor. She was very quick to respond, and proved to be an asset in a fast home buying process. I ended up getting a much nicer house than I was originally expecting. And without Halle's response time, I'm sure I would've missed out on it.

This was our first time selling a home and I had lots of questions all the time, Halle was very patient with us and always answered any question we had in a very timely manner, between text and email I could always contact Halle. She gave us advice with staging our home and sold in 11 days!! We were using VA to buy our new Condo, Halle went above and beyond to make sure the HOA were VA approved (not an easy task). She sent us emails with available Condos set up viewings in 1 day our Condo was found! This was a very quick and exciting process and Halle made sure we were kept in the loop during the whole process. Always a positive outlook and a smile. Halle is very knowledgeable with the real estate market I would recommend her and her team!

If I ever had a question about anything she would always answer very quickly either by email or phone. It's difficult not to write a novel about home absolutely amazing Halle is. Closing this pastFriday, I felt she was genuinely excited for my little family. Our home is perfect! We have a newborn and the home is conveniently across the street from my mother. She worked HARD for us. When we didn't win the first house we bid on located on my moms block, she went out of her way to see if she could find any other homes on the same street and SHE DID! Now we are living in our dream home. We can't thank her enough!
