We purchased a short sale home through Heather. We had no clue what we were doing or what to expect, but Heather walked us through it step by step and told us exactly what would happen. Having someone that knew what they were doing really put us at ease throughout the entire process. She was wonderful to work with and stayed on top of everything!

Our journey to find OUR FIRST HOME with Heather was an AWESOME experience. My brother and sister in law referred us to her. She helped them find their forever home a few years prior. Heather is amazing at what she does, definitely in the right business! At first we searched for land to build a home on but after several months we decided to look for a house that was already built. On my best friends wedding day in May we toured a home in Kernersville and immediately fell in love! It was the first home that checked off most of our wants. We were the only ones that were shown the house in person but not the only offer. I kept saying..who buys a house without seeing it?!? Homes were going so fast and it was only listed the day before our appointment. It’s in an established neighborhood and seemed so perfect for our family! With lots of discussion and prayers we made our best offer within hours. The home was more than well maintained and had the sweetest previous owners! Thankfully our offer was accepted and as we were walking in to the wedding that evening, we got the call from Heather with the good news!! Our hearts were overjoyed and couldn’t have happened at a better time! About five weeks later, we closed and moved into our beautiful house. We can’t thank Heather enough for all her dedication and hard work in helping us find “the one” for us! She checks in with us from time to time to see how we’re doing. We highly recommend Heather as you walk through your journey of finding your new home
