  • Susan listed and sold my home

RUN AWAY! This woman doesn't timely respond to messages, return phone calls on time, etc. Hesitates to put anything in writing. Rude. Advises buyers that carpet is 'cosmetic' so when a listing of a home involves carpet in absolute terrible shape - worn, moldy, smelling of dog something fierce, this is not 'cosmetic', lady, when the primary source of flooring in a home is carpet and it is intolerable and a health hazard. Totally unprofessional, all the way around.
