Heidi was wonderful, not only did she help me buy a new house she rented out the property I moved from within ONE WEEK. A++++ She is very personable and patient, I looked a multiple properties before making my final decision. She also is very knowledgable and offered great advice which helped me rent my house.

I am a very hard to please person and through the ins and outs of the sale of our home, Heidi stuck with us and made the deal happen. I had long given up on selling our home at a decent price, but she was determined to sell our home at the price we wanted to get for it. If you look up the selling price of our home in our neighborhood, you will see that we got much more money for our house than any of our neighbors. The only reason for that is because Heidi did not want to just make a quick buck. She stuck with us and got us every penny our house was worth. Not only did she do that but she is still helping us with the purchase of our new home. From issues with the contractor to securing the loan Heidi has been taking care of everything. We had to back out of a deal with a contractor who was cutting corners. Heidi fought and fought for us to get our deposit money back and we're now on track to building the home of our dreams thanks to Heidi. She is our realtor for life!

Heidi was very easy to work with. She is always in a good mood and definitely knows what she is doing and never treated me like I was an idiot, even though I am sure I asked a lot of dumb questions, this being my first time buying a home. She does what she says she will, is always on time, &, in my case, went above and beyond what was asked. She went out of her way to help me find a lender that would approve a loan on the particular place that I wanted. I cannot say enough good things about her. It definitely made my first time buying a place as easy as possible. No doubt I would recommend her to anyone who needs a real estate agent.

Heidi was able to show me a lot of homes in the area I was interested in and kept me informed daily of changes to the market in the area I was interested in. She sent me daily email updates, and was very quick to respond to set up showings (usually same day or next day) when I found properties I was interested in seeing. Heidi was able to negotiate my purchase contract and to help me come up with a great offer in order to get into the home that was right for me! She spent a great deal of time with me and made me feel like I was her only client!! She is amazing. I have already referred her to my friends.
