Difficult to communicate with her. Be careful with the contact she generated.

Terrible experience. Was biting her nails and being completely antisocial and passive-aggressive the entire time. Didn't even shake our hands upon greeting us. Brought a friend to the showing meetings which was completely inappropriate. When we asked the stipulations of the rent, she laughed at us like we were idiots because we didn't "view the website" to know 1st and last months rent plus a random non-refundable $400. We saw the listing from a sign in the front yard. She has no idea about parking spaces in front of the rentable unit, said there are parking wars going on with girls and their boyfriends, wasn't open to assigning parking spaces per units. The units smell AWFUL. The dust on the blinds was enough to send someone to the hospital, the front door was covered in spider webs, the clothing beam in the upstairs closet was broken and taped together. When we asked about a cleaning crew coming in and someone fixing the closet, she said well its already been done so that's on your own. BEWARE of this unprofessional, snarky, rude, uninformative, and downright ridiculous "realtor". I would be mortified if I owned any property she was responsible for leasing.

My fiancé called Helen this morning about a property for rent. He told me she wasn’t very nice on the phone and seemed to be bothered by his call. Then when she asked how many people were going to be living there he told her, “3 adults and my 7 month old.” (It’s 3 bedrooms) 😑 which would have been perfect. Us two in one room, our baby in another, and then my fiancé’s brother in a room. She responded with, “well there are only 2 assigned parking spots so unless you want to have the 3rd car towed every day I don’t think this is the place for you.” Which is funny because we saw the property the day before with a guy that’s been helping us find a place to live, there was a typed up piece of paper (from the property I’m assuming) and it was actually talking about the parking! It was from 2017 but still. It said every townhouse came with 2 assigned spots and if you needed an additional one that it would be $20. When my fiancé brought that up to her she just didn’t even really acknowledge it. Why? I’m not sure. Just plain rude and not very helpful at all! I forgot to mention it was extremely difficult for our guy helping us to even get ahold of Miss Helen. No wonder that property hasn’t been rented out and it’s been available since March!

She is the most unpleasant person I have EVER dealt with in nearly 60 years. Stay away from her...not that she will answer your calls anyway 🙄
