- Helen listed and sold my home
Helen makes a lot of promises on what she can deliver, a d then doesn't. She also makes claims on properties that she has sold which she didn't. I watched her promise a neighbor that she would seem their property for $800k as is and then listed it for $71k less. She then spent thousands of $$$ trying to make the property look good. In the end, she was not able to deliver and the property went for over $50k less than she promised. Buyer and Seller beware as she is shady in her practices.
