Even during hurricane Irma, Helen was willing to show us additional communities as we were scheduled to be in Florida during that time (our flight was later cancelled anyway). Helen was tireless in her pursuit of my dream. When I was able to come down to Florida, she showed me houses that perfectly fit my description of what I wanted. For the rest of the time she sent me listings as they came up. The house I finally bought wasn't even on my list the last time I was in Florida, but Helen suggested that before I left I should "just take a look". I loved it at first sight and am now busy filling it with lovely furnishings. She had recommendations for everything, and they all turned out to be very helpful, from financing to home owners insurance to the handy man who is coming tomorrow to assemble some furniture.
