In August 2016 we found our dream home. Janie is very professional, personal and knowledgeable. she called us and asked us if we want to meet up with them to sit down and talk about the process of buying a home. Janie sat with us, and in details, she explained the process of finding a home, rating a home, and making offers, and final steps of buying a home.They told exactly what the process is, how long and what it takes to find the right home, and what we should expect at what price range. Her rating system is wonderful. It made it so much easier for us to rate the house we looked at, & make the right decision in a timely manner. We rated each house according to our three categories: Convenience (how close is the house to super markets, schools, etc.), Safety (neighbors, crime, quiet or noisy), and Privacy (how close neighbors are). They helped us in narrowing each category to be able to reach a practical answer. She is always on time. Every time we wanted to view a house, we would text her or call, and Janie would respond right away. Then she would call us back with a time that is available by the other agent to view the requested house. Janie always showed up on time & ready to go over the stats of the property, such as year built, concerns, and if she did not know the answer to any question, Janie would call us back with the answer in few hours or early the next day. Knowledgeable. Whenever we find a house that we like. Janie gave us a list of recommendations in regards to inspections, electric and plumbing, in case we need any. Janie would meet us with all the facts about the property, statistics, and any concerns we have. Jaine would even make suggestions, and generate ideas to help us make the right decision for our future home.
