Herb Anaya was great ! We recently cashed in our 401k retirement program and wanted to invest into a single rental property. Herb convinced us to leverage our $$ and we purchased 2 great rental properties across the street from each other in the Tempe ASU District, and are now getting a GREAT return on our $$.
