- Herb showed me homes
If he is representing the seller, do not deal with him. He is unethical and does not negotiate in good faith. We went back and forth with offers and he leverged another party which is fine until we received a verbal agreement from him and the seller and we papered it and sent it for signature. Received a call saying the seller reneged and he didn't know why. A couple hours later the property was marked sold. He gave the other party our number and they exceeded it. He shouldn't be able to practice as a agent.
